Condition: xcellent Image/Plate size: 16 15/16 x 18 3/4 inches Sheet size: 22 3/4 x 26 1/2 inches Permanent Collection French’s work is in over 500 collections including The Museum of Modern Art, the Library of Congress, Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Bibliothèque Nationale, the Brooklyn Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Denver Art Museum, the New York Public Library, the Boston Public Library, Midwest Museum of American Art, the Minneapolis Institute of Art, and the Syracuse University Art Galleries. Regarding the printer: Jonathan graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a master’s degree in art (MFA). He taught drawing and lithography as a part-time professor of art at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. Jonathan was a Master Printer at Lakeside Studio, Lakeside, Michigan. Jonathan also founded his own business, Images Limited Edition Press producing fine lithographs, etching and intaglio prints.
