Beautiful color etching by Leo Browne. Created circa 1930's and 1940's. Image size: 14 x 11 inches. Sheet size: 19 5/8 x 15 1/4 The print is in excellent condition and presents in a 24 x 20 inch 2 ply museum mat. Pencil signed lower right. Edition is listed lower left - 17 of 100. Pencil title is seen in the lower right hand margin: Green Parrot and Butterfly This is a beautiful etching of the period. The colors are vibrant and rich against the black ground. The work of Leo Browne is seen on the Metropolitan Museum of New York’s web site.
