About the Item
This new very limited edition print is limited to only 10 images. This work is number 1 / 10. The art is titled "Heal the World". The reason for the title is that the symbols printed in yellow represent the letters of the alphabet and are a code for part of the lyrics in the song "Heal the World" by Michael Jackson.
The art features an image created from Ceravolo's life-size painting of Michael Jackson, also featured is the gopher "G" in this satirical work of art. G is dressed like Jackson and leaning the same way as Michael. The image of Michael is combined with the "floating" symbols not only to create a thought-provoking work of art, they also give the viewer a chance to try and figure out what lyrics from the song the symbols refer to. An answer key to the code is included with the framed art.
We have included images of Ceravolo with some of his celebrity collectors in this listing.
Each image is limited to only 10 prints and this is number one. Signed and numbered 1 / 10 by Ceravolo.
The framed art measures approx. 39x30", image size is 33x24" and is printed on 100% rag paper.

Ceravolo
The paintings of Ceravolo can be found in many influential corporate and private collections, including: ELTON JOHN, ROD STEWART, HUGH M. HEFNER, PETE DAVIDSON, GRANT CARDONE, DAVID BRENNER, MONIQUE VAN VOOREN, WARNER BROS., RCA RECORDS AND SCHENLEY INDUSTRIES to name a few. His art came to popular attention when he was commissioned to create five large scale paintings for the lobby of The Palladium Theatre in New York City. The large oil paintings were of legendary Superstars in the music business, Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, Frank Zappa, Neil Young and Hall and Oates. Ceravolo started to add abstract elements to his realistic figurative oil paintings and he coined the term Portrait Illusions in 1979 which referred to the appearance of the finished painting where the color abstract areas of the painting gave the illusion that they were "floating" in front of the realistic figure which he painted in values of Gray, Black and White on the canvas. This unique technique caught the eye of many collectors and galleries and brought the work of Ceravolo to a worldwide audience. He works at his Hampton's studio creating his Urban POP paintings where he still combines colorful abstract elements with Black, White and Gray figurative images.

Buffalo Bill 1899 Original Battle of San Juan Hill 1 sheet of a 24 sheet poster
Located in Southampton, NY
This rare original lithograph print is from 1899. It is one sheet of a huge 24 sheet poster that was created in 1899 to announce Buffalo Bills Wild West. The size of the complete 24 sheet poster would have been approx. 10 feet tall by 20 feet wide and would have been posted on barns and buildings in 1899 to promote Buffalo Bills Wild West before it would come to towns. This 1 sheet of the 24 sheet lithograph is in such good condition because it was found in the Lithographers draws of the print shop that created the poster. It is black and white because it was a proof that was used to create the final layout of the color poster. It indicates on the image that it is No. 2 Buffalo Bill San Juan Hill 1899, so it would have been the 2nd poster down on the left side of the large total image comprised of 24 separate sheets all unique to create the full image. You can see the two black printed lines on the left side indicate where the edge of the poster would have been. We have never seen a complete image of this rare 1899 poster. When we first acquired this rare proof over 20 years ago, we contacted the The Ringling Museum in Florida that houses a large Buffalo Bill poster...
