Skin Diseases of Subcutaneous Cell Tissue and Muscles is a lithograph hand colored by Ottavio Muzzi for the edition of Antoine Chazal, Human Anatomy, Printers Batelli and Ridolfi, 1843. The work belongs to the Atlante generale della anatomia patologica del corpo umano by Jean CRUVEILHIER, Florence: Vincenzo Batelli e compagni, 1843. First italian edition of these illustration, with contemporary colouring. Garrison-Morton: "The fine illustrations of gross pathology make this, one the greatest works of its kind". Good condition on a cream colored paper. Hand signed by the artist on the lower left corner.
