BIOGRAPHY:
Celebrated artist Robert Olson is best known as one of the leading proponents of Romantic Realism. After studying art at Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Olson founded the Oasis Art Studio. Later, he completed post-graduate work in New York and Paris, focusing on Old Master methodology. His skill would take him on to paint in Madrid, London, and Paris. In “Artists to Watch in ’97,” “US Art Magazine” called Olson a “maestro with a paintbrush, a gifted artist whose technique and style earned him the respect and praise of not only the art world, but more importantly, his fellow artists.”
