Sebastian de Winter is an American artist who began selling his work on the streets of London, Cologne, and Munich when he was in his early teens. He spent his formulative years studying art in Europe. His original works were drawings of 18th century historical figures, often drawn in silhouette form. In around 2020 de Winter transitioned to working with lithography and digital art. De Winter is a native of San Antonio, TX. His early work was inspired by William Hogarth and Sir Godfrey Kneller.
