About the Item
"For Each That You Take" - Etching on Paper
Abstract expressionist etching depicting a human-like tree as the focal point, with a figure sitting on a near path, with a bowl of berries beside him. The tree is shown as a human like figure; a woman's body as the trunk, her face looking up to the sky, while branches depict arms, each containing a berry. The tree is grey, with red berries at the end of each branch. A white masked figure lays in the walkway, looking up at the tree, with a jar of berries beside him. The sky is dark, with moonlight shining down on the figures.
