The Sentinel is an original artwork realized by Charles Courtry in the second half of the 19th Century. Original etching on ivory-colored cardboard. Hand-signed on the lower right corner. Good conditions. Lovely etching realized with contrasting strokes, representing a Sentinel, riding his horse, ready for the march. The artwork was realized by the French artist and engraver Charles Courtry (1846 - 1897).
