Jean-Émile Laboureur was a French painter, illustrator and engraver who spent his life between Paris, the United States, Germany and England. This work is an extraordinary example of etchings produced by the artist in the early years of the 20th Century. The subject of both works is the city of New York, where the artist managed to capture some fascinating views. This artwork has been published in the Catalogue Godefroy n.68.
