"Farm at Inlet" is an etching by Thomas R. Manley signed lower right. It depicts a waterfront scene in black and gray. 26 1/2" x 33 1/2" art 26 3/8" x 33 3/8" framed Thomas Manley was one of New Jersey's foremost Impressionist painters, etchers, and lithographers. He studied under Thomas Eakins at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Later, he worked with Frederick Keppel to sell his etchings in New York. As a member of the American Watercolor Society, the National Arts Club, and the New York Watercolor Club, he received many honors and exhibited at numerous prestigious art galleries and museums. "Farm at Inlet" showcases Manley's masterful etching skill and his careful attention to natural detail and atmospheric effects.
