Early realist etching of the architecture around Rice University campus in Houston, TX by an unnamed student. The work features a cropped view of a tower and an open courtyard area. Currently hung in a wood frame. Originally framed by Wellhausen's, a well-known framer in the Houston area.
The inscription on the reverse reads: "To Hubert Junior from Matlida and Stuart Mackay about 1945. The etching was done by a Rice Student."
