Frank Schott was born in Germany where he spends nights shooting the great bands and musicians of the 80s, while attending the Academy of Arts in Cologne under Professor Arno Jansen.
His early photography work focuses on beauty and fashion, later evolving to include conceptual landscapes and large scale environments, while never losing the eye for details.
In 1998 Frank moves to California. He draws inspiration from the epic landscapes and distinct architecture of the American West as much as from his travels abroad.
Edition EKTAlux offers an evolving curated selection of collectable large-scale photography in strictly limited editions, while working closely with each artist to guarantee state-of-the-art museum level print and framing quality.

Artist Biography -
Kevans’ paintings reflect her interests in power, manipulation and the role of the individual in inherited belief systems. She looks at alternative histories and how they relate to current issues and creates what she describes as ‘anti-portraits’ that may or may not be based on real documentation. She believes that, as her work is concept driven, sometimes the actual similarity to the person depicted in the work is irrelevant. This can be seen in her 'Boys' series which is not about portraying dictators as they really looked as children but rather about the notion of the ‘innocent child’ which has influenced images of children in art...

About the Artist:
George Condo (born 1957) is an American contemporary artist celebrated for his visionary fusion of abstraction, figuration, and psychological portraiture that bridges the grandeur of Old Master painting with the fractured sensibilities of modern and postmodern art. Born in Concord, New Hampshire, Condo studied art history and music theory before moving to New York City in 1979, where he became a central figure in the East Village art scene alongside Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, and Julian Schnabel. Profoundly influenced by Pablo Picasso, Alexander Calder, Alberto Giacometti, Salvador Dali, Joan Miro, Wassily Kandinsky, Marcel Duchamp, and Man Ray, Condo inherited from them a spirit of radical invention, surrealism, and intellectual play, transforming these legacies into his own psychologically charged idiom.
