Original vintage travel poster advertising Hamburg Amerika Line Mediterranean cruises in Spring and Autumn / Mittelmeerfahrten im Fruhjahr und Herbst featuring a great design by Albert Fuss (1889-1969) showing people walking in the sunshine in front of a view through a decorative arch towards a ship at sea below the blue sky background, the title text above and below with the HAPAG logo. The transatlantic shipping company Hamburg America Line (HAPAG) was founded in 1847 merging with with Norddeutscher Lloyd in 1970 to become Hapag-Lloyd. Good condition, restored pinholes, restored tears, restored paper losses, staining, backed on linen.
