Original vintage London Underground poster by the notable illustrator and commercial artist Austin Cooper (1890-1964) to promote off peak travel on the Tube featuring a colourful image of a smiling golly doll with the Underground logo and text in stylised lettering on the side and below - Shop by Underground but shop by Underground between 10 & 4. Published by Sanders Phillips and Co., Ltd., The Baynard Press. Good condition, repaired tears, restored paper losses, restored pinholes, staining, backed on linen.
