Original vintage art exhibition poster: Colour / Farbe Ausstellung im Kaiser-Wilhelm-Museum held at the Kaiser Wilhelm Museum in Krefeld Germany from 1-31 May 1928 presenting work by some of the leading contemporary Avant Garde artists of the period including Kandinsky, Delaunay, Braque, Picasso, Thorn-Prikker, Klee and others to support the applied arts and promote the innovative modernist design of the textile industry headquartered in Krefeld at the time. Dynamic artwork by the notable painter and graphic designer Heinrich Campendonk (1889-1957) featuring the text in black and white with a rainbow in yellow, red and blue colours on the left side, the event information below. Horizontal. Very good condition, reattached small piece of paper on bottom right corner, backed on linen.
