Original vintage poster - Rangoon Port - issued by the Empire Marketing Board (EMB 1926-1933) featuring artwork by the notable Burmese artist Ba Nyan (1897-1945) depicting men rowing wooden cargo boats in the foreground with sailing boats and factory buildings visible in the harbour and the silhouette of a pagoda on the hill in the background. Rangoon / Yangon is the capital of the Yangon Region and the largest city in Myanmar / Burma South East Asia. Printed for HM Stationery Office by Robert and Leete Ltd London. Horizontal. Fair condition, restored tears, restored pinholes, staining, foxing, backed on linen.
