About the Item

This artwork titled "Vanity" 1980 is an original sepia etching by American artist Louis Russomanno, b.1946. It is hand signed, titled and numbered 113/185 in pencil by the artist. The plate mark (image) is 9 x 6 inches, framed size is 20 x 16 inches. The artwork is in excellent condition, the frame is in very good condition, it has some minor restorations. About the artist: Louis Russomanno was born in New York City in 1946. In his distinguished career, he received First Prize in the Phillips Mill Annual Art Exhibit in addition to the New Jersey Governor’s Purchase Award in 1973. He has exhibited his works at the National Academy of Design in New York City and his artwork is collected by the most prestigious galleries and private art collections in the United States, Europe and Canada, including the New Jersey State Museum.
