Original French antique travel poster: ILE d'AIX lithograph created by the artist Pierre Commarmond. Professional archival acid-free linen-backed, ready to frame. Very good to excellent condition. Produced by the French Railway, Chemins de Fer. Printer Mayeux.
A large bird of prey and a seagull hover in the air above the parting boat.
Besides the seaside sights, there is also the Maison de l"Empereur and the Musee Gourgaud at this final destination… The beach and the surrounding forests. The Island of Aix - The Emperor House - The Gourgaud Museum - The African Museum.
