Blatherwick, Lily (English, 1854-1934)
A group of six flower studies done in the 1920s, which are very impressionistic and atmospheric, and show a mastery of the lithographic medium.
POPPY AND SESAME
Lithograph, not dated, but circa 1920s. Edition size not known. Signed on the recto in pencil 13 3/4 x 10 3/4 inches (sheet). An inventory number at the upper right corner, some soft creases in the margin, upper right, else in very good condition.
SNAIL AND MARGUERITAS
Lithograph, not dated, but circa 1920s. Edition size not known. signed in pencil and annotated "2nd Version". 9 1/2 x 11 1/4 inches, (image), 11 1/2 x 16 inches (Stone), 13 x 19 1/2 inches (sheet). An inventory number at the upper right corner, and the word "top" in pencil in the upper margin center, else in excellent condition.
LAND OF NOD
Lithograph, not dated, but circa 1920s. Edition size not known. Signed recto as both Lily Blatherwick and Mrs. A.S. Hartrick. Inscribed in pencil verso, in the margin, lower left with the number "2", a price that may be 12 shillings, and a further illegible comment, center with the title "land of Nod" and "Litho", and right "to be returned to" and the artist's name.
11 3/8 x 7 3/4 inches (image), . 9 1/2 x 11 1/4 inches, (image), 11 1/2 x 16 inches (Stone), 13 x 19 1/2 inches (sheet). An inventory number at the upper right corner, and the word "top" in pencil in the upper margin center, else in excellent condition.

Lithograph, not dated, but circa 1920s. Edition size not known. Initialed on the recto in pencil, and also in the stone. 12 1/2 x 8 3/4 inches (image), 18 1/2 x 13 1/2 inches (sheet). An inventory number at the upper right corner, else in excellent condition.
FUSCHIA
Color Lithograph, not dated, but circa 1920s. Edition size not known. Signed in pencil below the image, and further inscribed in the lower margin with the price, "No.2," the title and the artists name and address.. 11 x 8 inches (image), 12 1/2 x 9 3/4 inches (sheet). An inventory number at the upper right corner, else in excellent condition.
