Professional musician, he approached the world of visual arts, starting a course of study of drawing, painting and technique of the Russian icon, through the teachings of Franca Bernardi, professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, and Marco Nani, who they therefore led to the decisive encounter with ceramics and sculpture, the central point of his research. He studied with the ceramist Oriano Zampieri and deepened the techniques with the Catalan ceramist Maria Gelabert. He has never abandoned drawing on paper which continues to represent an important expressive need. He collaborated with the Caffè Circi company, for which he studied a line of "CIVITAZ" coffee cups, unique pieces designed as sculpture cups.
