About the Item
This Carmelo Cappello Abstract Sculpture is a very interesting example of the approach of the artist to the Universe.
In his mind he considered the Universe a not perfect circle but an irregular cosmic shape that can be observed from many point of view. And every time it looks different.

Bronze casting with polished finish. Black lacquered wood base.
This is an artwork created by the well known Italian artist Carmelo Cappello.
The artwork will be delivered with its Certificate of Authenticity numbered and signed by the artist. This is a multiple of 250 and are available the latest few pieces.
Carmelo Cappello was born in Ragusa, Italy in 1912 and since he was young, he attended artistic studies. In 1941 he became one friends of Giò Ponti and he started to collaborate with him.
He exhibited numerous time at the Venice Biennial and at the Milano Triennial.
