Baraka from Arabic means a spiritual power believed to be possessed by certain people or objects.
The sculpture is an amalgamation of possible mechanical and organic forms capturing the semblance of a meteorite, planet or an engineered fabrication.
By stretching, transforming and reconfiguring material properties I look to create numerous unique building blocks for a faux universe.
The sculpture emits it’s own light, evoking an energy source unknown.
