About the Item
This contemporary abstract indoor sculpture is made from granite by Jeremy Guy.
The elegance of this Canadian artist’s design is elevated by the use of a piece of rich black granite engineered to create this sculpture. Jeremy Guy’s masterful work reflects his reverence for organic, natural shapes. The stone’s surface is highly polished to a smooth finish. Early in his career, Guy’s contemporary form and style were naturally inspired by the work of famed British sculptors—Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth.
This sculpture is numbered in an edition of 50 and can be purchased on a commission basis. Please allow 8 - 12 weeks before shipping.
Base Options:
½” painted black steel
1” brushed aluminum
3” engineered stone
Custom plinths are available to complement the sculpture.
14" × 14" footprint: $2,000 for the first 12" in height, plus $1,000 for each additional foot.
Recommended plinth height: 24"–40".
16" × 16" to 20" × 20" footprint: $2,500 for the first 12" in height, plus $1,500 for each additional 12".
The sculpture connects to the plinth via a steel pin, allowing it to rotate independently of the plinth.

Jeremy Guy
Jeremy Guy was born and raised in a small town in West Yorkshire, England. A fine art major, in 2001, he graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with an Honours BA in Product Design. His sculptures are collected across three continents in both public and private spaces. Of note—the Place du Casino (Casino Square) in Monte-Carlo, M2M Colombo in Sri Lanka, Queen Ethelburga’s College Sculpture Park in the UK, Orchard Residences in Singapore, the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Baltimore, The Peninsula in Miami, Florida, The Ritz-Carlton in Toronto, in California, New York and Las Vegas.

Jeremy Guy
Jeremy Guy grew up in England where natural inspiration has come from the work of British modern sculptors Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth. Since completing a BA in Product Design (2001) from Leeds Metropolitan University, Guy has been in full time practice as a sculptor. He emigrated to Canada in 2007. Guy's stone and engineered stone sculptures can be found in public spaces and private collections worldwide including Queen Ethelburga's College Sculpture Park, North Yorkshire, UK, Orchard Residences in Singapore, the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Baltimore and more. "In my own abstract work I am acutely aware that nature champions great design. From the shaping of a beach pebble through years of tidal and elemental erosion to the myriad forms found in biology, I am often awestruck.
