"Popsicle" is a resin sculpture by Elena Bulatova. She is originally from Russia now is an international artist who resides permanently in Palm Springs with forays into Miami Beach during Art Basel and other locations for exhibitions. She sang in the choir, played violin and piano in music school, and the violin in chamber orchestra “In Russia, it’s important that arts be part of your education,” Elena said. “Russia is big in the arts. We have a lot of museums, so when we traveled the first thing we see is art everywhere. I was close to art all my life.”
As she grew older, Bulatova began incorporating other interests in public administration and economics. After graduating from Moscow State University with honors and a gold medal in 2006, she was the only Russian student to receive the prestigious Fox fellowship in 2007 to attend Yale University in New Haven, Conn.

Elena Bulatova (1981) is a Russian artist living in Munich, Germany. After fifteen years of painting dedicatedly and hermetically - alternately self-taught and under the guidance of older painters - Elena Bulatova wishes to share her practice with the world. In her constant self-study, Bulatova has sought instruction from a variety of sources - from the Eastern Orthodox icon painting school in Moscow to the Academy of Fine arts in Munich. She is currently enrolled externally at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich to better understand the modern side of the art world. She believes that the true value of art lies in the meditative process that goes into creating such a work and in the years of mastery that a person can undertake and overcome to become a master in any field. The themes of her work are: nature, animals and authentic human beauty.

By Kristofer LAMEY
Located in Atlanta, GA
Born and raised in Atlanta, Kristofer Laméy has brought much to the southeastern art and design table.
From debuting his unique design perspective in the 2007 ICFF in New York City and showcasing his Art at Aqua during the 2008 Art Basel in Miami, to his solo Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) exhibit titled “Serving Form” in 2010, Kristofer is best known for his one-off commissioned sculptural art forms. His work has found a place in homes and collections across the globe.
One of his most ambitious design challenges was solving a decades-long problem in the aviation industry: How to more efficiently design and install jet aircraft interiors. This was the birth of AIMS.
Kristofer’s work straddles a fine line that resides between art and design. Many, lost within the engineering of his creations, like to push his work out of the category of art and into the realm of design. This line is the fulcrum that leverages his work into a playing field of his own, and he is proud of that. Those looking for solutions in the marketplace that are in need of an outside perspective to differentiate a product benefit from his fresh and creative approach to modern manufacturing.
In April 2020 Kristofer moved his family to the North Georgia mountain...
