These three sculptures are made by Dutch artist Antoinette Briet. Her forms always are an abstraction of movement or stillness in the world of animals. In these particular sculptures she shows here admiration to the power and stillness od the great and imposing Rhino's. She made three of them, as if they're in a conclave together. All three are size width 14 x Hight 10 x depth 7 cm. The three Rhino's belong together.
Antoinette Briet, as an artist, loves to work with animals because it gives her the possibility to use abstractions to show more or les movement. Beside sculpturing the artist loves to be outside and explore nature. Running, on her mountainbike or hiking through Europe she gets inspiration for again new sculptures. Her work can be found in Museums, public spaces such as parks and community houses, and in Eindhoven on the campus of the Technical University.
