About the Item
One-off smoke-fired stoneware sculpture, pigment, copper, steel. 2017-2018.
Dimensions: 45 x 30 x 25 cm.
This sculpture has been exhibited in the Arts et Métiers museum in Paris, from May to August 2018, on the occasion of the artist’s solo show entitled "petites histoires en réserve ». The exhibited series was created during Cécile Raynal's residency behind the scenes at the museum in 2017. As per her method, the artist created busts and standing figurines of the people she met as well as animal sculptures (wolves and foxes) recurrent in the works of the artist for a few years now.
