Invitation is a bronze sculpture by French contemporary artist Delphine Brabant.
This work is part of the "Human Being" series, which is centered around the representation of human groups. Verticality, one of the main themes of Brabant's approach, already appears in this early body of work (2000-2005). The figurative dimension of this sculpture has gradually faded in her later works, without vanishing: the human figures slowly merged to form a forest of beings, then a group of slender forms.
This sculpture is available in a limited edition of 8 copies and 4 artist's proofs.
