About the Item

This sculpture is from Orly's latest body of works. It is part of an edition of 15 and comes signed and numbered. It is made of Jasmonite casting and covered with acrylic paint. "I started my journey into the world of art at 2006 and today I focus mainly in sculpting. My work is a constant search for the best way to interpret the ideas that I have about myself and the world I live in. Through my sculptures, I found a way to express scenarios that kept me occupied, a visual language which enabled me to express my human and artistic being." It is a daily reminder to me when I create ceramic sculpture that everyone deserves a fair and accepting existence and that everyone can make choices that will lead to a better life.
