About the Item
It is a small sculpture, made by Piero Augusto Donati in bronze between the 1980s and 1990s. Thirty castings were made, and this one in question is No. 5/30. This is a running horse that fully demonstrates the artist's ability to portray the dynamism of his subjects. In fact, Donati manages to capture the energy and elegance of movements, making each of his pieces realistic and very expressive.
