Combining contemporary aesthetics with a touch of rebellion and urban charm. Crafted by the skilled hands of Renate Frotscher, this modern contemporary ceramic piece is made from stoneware pressed into a mold and hand-painted.
Discover this mesmerizing unique ceramic Teddy art piece, with one side baring the skeleton white on black, unveiling the hidden core of the teddy, while the flip side exudes innocence with a white, fluffy, and cuddly coat. It reminds us that at in essence, we are all the same. Look beyond appearances; there's always more than meets the eye.
This Teddy is created from a plaque of high fire clay pressed in a mold, dried, hand painted, bisque fired , washed with a black underglaze and fired to 1240ºC which ensures durability.
Mixed media; argile, underglaze and teddy fur 100% polyester.
It is shipped signed with a certificate of authenticity.

Renate Frotscher
