About the Item
The Herons, pair of chiseled bronze subjects, the body with a green patina and the head with a purple patina, 1960s-1970s. The two herons or storks are presented in different attitudes: one raises its long neck upwards, while the other has just seized an insect or a worm with its long beak.
One: H 114 cm; W. 70 cm approximately
The other: H: 67 cm; W. 59 cm slight wear
Objects with a beautiful quality of patina and bronze chiseling. They will be delivered with small wooden supports to ensure their stability. They can be used as decorative objects both indoors and outdoors (however, avoid exposure to rain or birds). Animal bronzes have a long history, as they have been found among archaeological discoveries for almost five thousand years.
