Autumn Sunshine, Oil Painting
Located in San Francisco, CA

Artist Comments
A fresh bunch of yellow tulips dance in a simple glass jar against a subdued gray-blue and violet background. Nicole painted the piece in mid-November, and says she was so surprised to find such a lively bouquet at this time of year, hence the title. Painted on Arches heavyweight oil primed paper, which can be framed with our without glass.

Moonlit Pathway
Located in Greenwich, CT
Frank Corso was born in Syracuse, New York. Taking a keen interest in art at a very early age, he was inspired to draw and paint the landscape of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. He had the opportunity to have very fine art teachers in high school who also happened to be fine painters, artists George Benedict and Nick Todisco, and through their influence he began to polish his painting style from an early age. After attending Onondaga Community College for architecture, and then realizing that the rigid structure of Architecture was not for him, he began elective courses in Fine Arts at Syracuse University, and here, for the first time he began to study abstract painting and design with professors Frank Goodnow...

Slim Aarons Pool at Lake Tahoe Chromogenic Lambda print C-type print on Fuji Crystal Archive Paper, Crisp detail, continuous tone and brilliant color Paper weight 210gms Matte Satin Surface Printed later Collector gets the next number in the edition Over the course of a career lasting half a century, Slim Aarons (1916-2006) portrayed high society, aristocracy, authors, artists, business icons, the celebrated and their milieu. In doing so, he captured a golden age of wealth, privilege, beauty and leisure that occurred alongside—but quite separate from—the cultural and political backdrop of the second half of the Twentieth Century. The Slim Aarons Estate has released the limited Estate edition as a Lambda print, which is a modern c-type prints. "Standing Nude with Blue" Oil Painting
Located in Denver, CO
Jacob Dhein's (US based) "Standing Nude with Blue" is an oil painting that depicts a standing nude female figure in profile with her face concealed by her dark tresses with a light blue colored background Bio/artist statement: Jacob Dhein was interested in art as a child. Crayons and colored pencils were his tools of expression. He spent hours intricately crafting drawings of comic book heroes and animals. By the time he graduated from high school, one of his drawings was exhibited on the wall of a local bank. It wasn't until he was a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh that he decided to take a drawing class. He found this so compelling that he continued with sculpture and painting. During this time he met several accomplished and influential artists who encouraged him to pursue a career in art. Tc Farley...

These paintings that the artist calls his "NEWS series" are generally taken from small black and white newspaper photos from Willard Dixon’s daily reading of the news. He changes the images somewhat by cropping them, taking things out, adding color, etc. But the image is definitely something seen originally by someone else. “I must say”, says Dixon, “I have rather strong feelings about these images myself. I see them at least in part as an homage to the intrepid photographers on the front lines who are telling truth to the world about what’s actually going on out there.” This is 'Untitled' a 24 x 4 inch oil on canvas portrait of a young black man...
