Well, this is DEFINITELY the right time AND the right light to make your home feel extraordinary!! We have a fabulous table lamp by elite manufacturer Frederick Cooper to offer to you. It is large scale and comprised of a hand hammered copper urn or jug shaped body, a round black painted wood base, hand forged hammered copper and iron double handles, and a knob shaped brass finial. And it is topped with a stunning black coolie shade with an inner shade that has a black and metallic gold modeled finish. It almost gives off a bronze hue…It’s just GORGEOUS!! This table lamp is Moorish style, but it leans a bit Traditional as well. We think it will blend in beautifully in any room that needs just the right amount of elegant ambience. It’s going to be lovely on a side or end table in your sitting room, on a sofa table in your living room, or on an accent table in your bedroom. Frederick Cooper, an artist from Chicago established a studio to create gorgeous sculptures and watercolor paintings in 1923. He was also drawn to the still fairly new invention of lamps. Mixing such materials as brass, fabric, glass, and wood, he created exquisitely designed lamps that complimented the quick innovations in American architecture. The heritage continues today. They use fine materials such as brass, bronze, copper, nickel, marble, jade, and alabaster. They also create art glazed ceramics, hand decorated porcelains, and crystals. They refer to their designs and creations as “illuminated art.” Including design collaborations with Larry Laslo, Maria Buatta, Alexander Julian...

Signed Pair Frederick Cooper Urn Form Lamps in Brass and Lucite
By Frederick Cooper
Located in Ann Arbor, MI
Beautiful pair of brass and lucite Urn form lamps by Frederick Cooper. Lamps have an original Frederick Cooper label. In 1923, Frederick Cooper, a Chicago artist, established a studio to create beautiful sculpture and watercolor paintings. American architecture was in its heyday in the Windy City. Mr. Cooper was drawn to the still fairly new invention of lamps. Through mixing the media of brass, fabric, glass and wood, Cooper created exquisitely designed lamps that matched the swift innovation in American architecture. This heritage carries on today, with designs that are at the forefront of style and fashion. We create the most artistic designs, using exquisite materials and superior craftsmanship. Quite simply, we design and create illuminated art. We use the finest natural materials - brass, bronze, nickel, copper, marble, jade and alabaster – and also create art glaze ceramics, hand decorated porcelain, and crystal. Our design committee is in unfettered pursuit of the broadest array of styles - refreshed traditional to transitional with classic lines. These include Deco, Nouveau, Cubist, Organic - clean and elaborate. We have design collaborations with Larry Laslo, Mario Buatta, Alexander Julian...
