The manifesto aspect is rather limited, since Hicks is not a great believer in aesthetic rules or the value of so-called good taste, but as a souvenir album, it charts Hicks's personal creative journey of the last few years, illustrated with photographs of some favorite historical interiors and objects that represent a mixture of source material and inspiration.
The book's twelve chapters reveal Hicks's creative process, how he approaches different themes in his own interiors, furniture designs, and works of art, and how these themes can be applied to the works of others. Such subjects as flowers, color, layers, form, pattern, and memory are presented in the context of actual projects. Historical and recent interiors are discussed for their decorative value--notable rooms and architecture include the Pantheon in Rome; Emperor Maximilian's tomb in Innsbruck; the Royal Pavilion, Brighton; and the Petit Trianon at Versailles. Hicks has created a book for devotees of decorating and the history of interior design.

Ashley Hicks is a British author, architect, interior and furniture designer, and photographer. He is the son of Lady Pamela Hicks and the legendary decorator David Hicks. His personal Instagram profile has amassed over 200,000 followers.

The dial with Roman numerals, Breguet hands and an open Brocot escapement is located centrally between the thermometers. The central seconds hand is also worth mentioning.
In the outer dial ring we find two small square pins, one is used to regulate the speed, the other is used to set the time. The dial is signed: "Aubert & Klaftenberger GENEVE".

Londonart’s LUXURY SHIT Collection is the first wallpaper capsule designed by TOILETPAPER and contains the iconic subjects and the best sellers of the pictures taken by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari. Born from the collaboration between the contemporary artist and the photographer, TOILETPAPER is a magazine made up entirely of images created by the two artists with the idea of creating a new concept between artistic language and advertising language, art and fashion. Vibrant, provocative, and irreverent images that combine the layer of commercial photography with pop suggestions, surrealist evocations, sexual obsessions, ambiguities, creating complex orchestrations that ironize showing a new exploration of the world of art. Each image comes from an intuition, even a simple one, to then become a complex composition of ideas, people, and objects that build a sort of mental outlet. The multiplicity of creativity of the designers and a vision in constant ferment has made TOILETPAPER a true brand with a precise and recognizable identity. Attained through a combination of natural materials combined with traditional and modern machining techniques. This results in a functional art piece that is perceptible in both design precision and organic composition, a symbolic exploration of confinement and protection.
