A fine ten-light cut glass and silvered mounted chandelier of Classic tent and waterfall design the stem consisting of a tent of drops above which there is two drop hung canopy’s terminating with scalloped top piece. The main ring supporting ten six sided candle arms terminating with flute cut drip pan and scalloped slice cut candle nozzles. The main ring mounted with star cut six sided flower rosettes and faceted spikes, below this the waterfall is made up of concentric rings hung with prismatic drops and eight sided spangles terminating with a lapidary cut finial.

Chandeliers of this scale were rarely produced in Georgian times very few examples still exist mainly in important houses and private collections. Because this chandelier style was in demand later replicas were produced, the chandelier is a very faithful copy of the Classic Adam style the quality of the cutting and component parts are of the correct form.
