The fine and impressive raised Chippendale style border is ornamented with applied moulded decoration to the rim. This sterling silver salver is supported by four impressive hoof style feet. This fine antique George V sterling silver tea tray has a rounded navette shaped form. The surface of the tray is plain and unembellished. The flared galleried border is embellished with pierced arch and vertical pale decoration accented with circular motifs to the elevating ends.
