The long fireplace fender is designed with an openwork crest of scrolling Gothic-inspired ironwork above a studded lower rail, creating a strong architectural presence across the hearth. Tall end posts are integrated into the design and support the accompanying fireplace tools. The set includes a poker, tongs, fork, and shovel, all coordinated with the decorative iron framework. The intentionally distressed finish gives the ensemble an aged, old-world appearance while highlighting the sculptural metalwork.
