Beyond the Cerulean Skies - Large Original Minimalist Colorful Artwork
By Peter Kuttner
Located in Los Angeles, CA
The organic aesthetic and textures of Peter Kuttner’s original boho minimalist artworks are the result of patient layering and original uses of media. Through a combination of paint and collage, Kuttner is able to find personal expression in the clear colors and contrasting soft textures he creates. With a focus on subtle textures, Kuttner separately creates the colorful detailed top layers of each artwork in a separate process. Each of these applied mini paintings within the larger composition is a unique cutout of paint created with a flow of colors on an intermediary glass surface. This one-of-a-kind mixed media painting measures 28 inches high by 58 inches wide. It is wired and ready to hang. It is signed by the artist on the front and back. The sides of this artwork are painted as a continuation of the front and it does not require framing. Free local Los Angeles area delivery. Affordable Continental U.S. and International shipping available. A certificate of authenticity issued by the art gallery is included. Kuttner uses familiar yet abstract details to suspend the viewer in contemplation of the universality of imagery. Using negative shapes, repetition, and emphasizing spatial relationships, he carefully considers scale and balance. Works in this series are meant to be contemporary, clean, sophisticated, colorful, uplifting, soothing, and filled with positive vibrations. Kuttner’s artworks have been featured in Architectural Digest Magazine as well as in popular films and television shows including Two and a Half Men, Californication, and Nashville. Presently, Kuttner’s work is on display in a large number of private, royal, museum, and corporate collections worldwide. Taking Root I - Original Boho Minimalist Artwork
By Peter Kuttner
Located in Los Angeles, CA
The organic aesthetic and textures of Peter Kuttner’s original boho minimalist artworks are the result of patient layering and unique uses of media. Through a combination of collage and paint, Kuttner is able to find personal expression in the clear colors and contrasting soft textures he creates. This artwork is part of Kuttner's "Cut-Out" series where the artist uses a process, not unlike that of Matisse late in his career. The economy of design and the utilitarian simplicity therein allow for the creation of simple, archetypal pieces. This one-of-a-kind mixed media painting measures 24 inches square. It is wired and ready to hang. It is signed by the artist on the back and initialed on the front. The sides of this artwork are painted and it does not require framing. Free local Los Angeles area delivery. Affordable Continental U.S. and International shipping available. This artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity issued by the gallery. Lula - Incredible Gazelle Wall Sculpture from Up-Cycled Materials (Blue + White)
By Yulia Shtern
Located in Gilroy, CA
"Lulu" is a beautiful contemporary sculpture created by the Canadian artist Yulia Shtern. Her work depicts beautifully decaying remnants of species on our planet that are currently endangered. Shtern utilizes common household materials such as produce netting and colored cardboards in her up-cycled process to authenticate her message. An unfortunate truth of our current society that is often forgotten. Shtern creates these beautiful pieces to draw the viewer in and force them to engage with reality head-on. This work is eye-catching with a delicate texture and vibrant colors and would brighten up any room. Artist's Inspiration: "Saudi Gazelle was native to the northern and western parts of the Arabian peninsula, preferring rocky habitats with shrubs and acacia trees. It lived alongside Mountain Gazelle and Arabian Sand Gazelle. The populations of these other two gazelle species of the Arabian peninsula have been severely diminished over the last few decades, and they both are classified as vulnerable. Gazelles were some of the most frequently depicted animals in the Neolithic art...
