Rare Italian Lino Sabattini Vodka / Cocktail Set, C.1970
By Lino Sabattini, Sabattini Argenteria
Located in Bath, GB
A magnificent piece of mid-century modern barware, an iconic centrepiece for the finest of cocktail parties. Made from silverplate, it was black with tarnish when it arrived with us, but once polished, restoring it to it's former glory, it was clear to see this has been stored away for the last 50 years remaining in superb undamaged condition. Ice would be stored in the base and chilled shots of Vodka or similar would sit in the cut-outs to the lid. Made in Italy by Argenteria Sabattini signed on the underside. Excellent condition spanning 9 3/4" across the top x 4 1/4" tall to top of glasses; each glass spanning 2 1/4" in diameter across the rim x 4" tall. Excellent condition retaining all six original glasses, undamaged. Lino Sabattini Lino Sabattini (born Corregio, Italy, September 23, 1925–died...
