Patrick Steel Abstract Photography
Patrick Steel is a London-based British photographer who grew up with photography around him, as his father, Arthur Steel, was a renowned Fleet Street photographer. From the age of seven, he would help his dad print black and white images in the darkroom.
Steel would go on to study photography, and after his studies, went to work at London’s largest photographic studio, Holborn Studios.
After going freelance, Steel worked on assignments all around the world with some of the world’s leading photographers, including Terry O’Neill, David Steen and Brian Aris. He has personally met Her Majesty the Queen, Michael Jackson and David Bowie through his work. As well as being an incredibly talented fine art photographer with unique work, Steel is also a highly sought-after interiors photographer, working with some of the most well-known designers.
