She has become globally known for her ’Sea Anemone’ collection that reflects the beauty found on the ocean floor. Work by the artist is included in the permanent collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris, France.
Each the fruit of hundreds of working hours, her ‘Sea Anemone’ sculptures are handcrafted from thousands of beechwood rods that are cut, sanded, arranged one by one and then lacquered. Emancipated from its limits, the wood hence transformed into undulating living forms is offered a newfound freedom.
