Susanna MacInnes (British) Art
Susanna MacInnes, also known as the Pindrop Painter, is an award winning artist with a passion for painting en plein air travels with her oil paints anywhere she travels.
She enjoys the play of light on a subject, be it on busy streets, buildings, rooftops, or from inside an interior scene looking out. She is also drawn to capturing water and the reflections created by its ebbs and flows.
Susanna is fascinated by perspective and capturing interesting compositions in paint, seeking out motifs that will catch not only her eye but the viewer of her executed painting.
Art critic Kate Bryan shared of her work “she really understands distance and perspective”.
Susanna has many accolades for her art: winner of the prestigious Wedlake Bell award, Chelsea Arts Society; contestant in 2021 and 2023 Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year where she reached the semi-final round in the 2023; and numerous successful solo shows.

Charles Henry Miller was a noted artist and painter of landscapes from Long Island, New York. The American poet Bayard Taylor called him, "The artistic discoverer of the little continent of Long Island."
Miller was educated at Mount Washington Collegiate Institute, and graduated in medicine at the New York Homeopathic Institute in 1864. Before his graduation, he had occasionally painted pictures, and in 1860 he exhibited The Challenge Accepted at the National Academy of Design, in New York City.
