The Tailored Home Center Tables

American

The Tailored Home reinvents traditional furniture designs with playful upholstery and energetic colors. Venezuelan-born furniture designer Jhon Ortiz and his life and business partner, Scott Falciglia, cofounded The Tailored Home to make custom furniture for a changing society.

A veteran of retail and the textile industry, Oritz studied design in Paris, Milan and Connecticut at Fairfield University. Falciglia graduated with a degree in international business from Fairfield University. He met Ortiz in 2012 after 12 years in finance.

Combining their talents, the pair initially established The Tailored Home in a basement workshop in Greenwich, Connecticut, in 2014. They share responsibilities for design and management to create a company as dynamic and adaptable as their design philosophy.

From the beginning, they have focused on contemporary needs for furnishings, considering how people frequently move and reinvent themselves through new careers and living locations. The Tailored Room is all about individuality, whether that is a customized ottoman or a funky sofa right off the showroom floor. As embodied by these pieces, change is something to intentionally seek out, embrace and experience as a way to cultivate growth.

Featured in magazines and other media, The Tailored Home continues to draw attention for its distinctly vibrant, quality furniture.

In other words, it should be of an optimum height to save you from slouching, it should preferably be equipped with adjustable height settings to help achieve eye level with your laptop, and it should not take up too much space in the room. At home, you can tell if a necklace is real gold by using a magnet. Put the magnet near the gold and see if it sticks. If it does, your piece is either a base metal plated in gold or an entirely different metal. While there are additional ways to test jewelry at home, these methods may cause discoloration or damage your necklace. As a result, you may wish to consult a certified appraiser or experienced jeweler if you need assistance with material identification. Shop a wide range of gold necklaces on 1stDibs.
