This elegant evening dress was designed in the 1970's by Victoria Royal and sold at Robinson's in California. The outer layer of the dress is a fine sheer champagne mesh fabric that is covered in beads, embroidery, faux pearls, paillettes and rhinestones. The dress has a pale neutral underslip that is separate from the outer layer. Both layers have back center zippers and hook and eyes for closure.
