Following a long cycle of studies in Art History and the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural property, Jean-Philippe Chalem opened his first Antique gallery on the right bank of Paris in 1986. In 2012, he moved to the Carré des Antiquaires, on the left bank, where he has remained consistent in his eclectic choice of artifacts.
