About Kristen- Lead Designer and Owner

I have a true passion for design. It calms the type A in me. It makes me happy. My appreciation started young- in high school I would hop a train to NYC on the weekends to study fashion and art at F.I.T. Believing I could never make it in art eventually led to a more serious degree from The University of Maryland. The drag of corporate life inspired me to reconnect with my true passion and I embarked upon the UC Berkeley Interior Design & Interior Architecture post- baccalaureate program. Kids interrupted for a few years, but once they were off to kindergarten I too went back to school and completed a degree in Interior Design with Highest Honors.
