Today, Donté leads a boutique design firm from Chicago to Manhattan and across the pond to London while growing further into the San Francisco and Dubai design markets.

With a keen eye for style and craftsmanship, Donté has established himself as both a tastemaker and influencer, continually inspiring those around him through various partnerships, hospitality concepts, real estate developments, and branded collaborations. He was named Top Businessmen in Chicago by Who's Who in 2008 and continues to gain national recognition. Young recently had the honor of igniting partnerships with United Airlines, Marriott Ritz-Carlton, and St. Regis Residences. Young is currently working on a potential television and book series reflecting his approach and design aesthetic in the world of residential and commercial design.

In 2020, Donté debuted The Young Galleries based in Chicago, Illinois, featuring an exclusive contemporary showcase from Napa artist Penelope Moore, artistically presenting the first collection of her work entitled the ART OF TASTE, Napa Valley.
