La Fuga di Un Sogno (The Flight of a Dream) is a beautiful original oil painting on panel realized by the contemporary Italian artist Claudio Benghi.
Title, tecnique, dimensions and signature are hand-written with a black marker on the back at the center of the panel. Signed in capital letters with brown color on the lower right margin. In excellent conditions, as good as new.
Of little dimensions but a very high quality of fineness of the artistic technique, this contemporary artwork represents the "escape of a dream", as the title suggests: a man with a very elegant cylinder is portrayed at the moment of the complete abandonment to the restful sleep and pleasant dreams personified in a grey presence. His pink room seems a magic and positive place where the observer could perfectly identify.
The naive style exalted by pastel colors and a sweet and nostalgic mood, typical of the rememberings world, could awaken the most dreamy part of everyone. This is a sort of travel of back, to that world that we often do not remember anymore but continues to beat within the heart: the world of our childhood.
A wonderful feeling of joy, hope, happiness, nostalgia could get infected the observer, leaving the sweet aftertaste and the recognizable scent of the things coming from our childhood.
