Tim Woodcock-Jones was born in 1961 in London, studied art, painting and design at Watford School of Art 1977-1982. A full time painter and designer who has worked for various design groups, TV channels and publishing companies, producing a wide variety of work including illustration, motion graphics and design for print. Paintings are oil on canvas, stylised realism, landscapes and seascapes, mainly views of The British Isles. Themes include the Chiltern hills, Devon coast and Hampstead Heath, empty landscapes, cloudy skies, sunlight, chalk paths leading into the distance. Works have been exhibited at The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and The Royal Society of British Artists at the Mall Galleries.
