Murano Orange Gold Fleck Bubbles Pear Top Italian Art Glass Container Vanity Jar
About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown orange over white, controlled bubbles and gold flecks Italian art glass candy container or vanity jewelry box, with pear top decoration. The piece has a bulbous shape, with bubbles all-over, and dusted with gold leaf. The gold gather in and around the bubbles, making them stand out. Still retains a well preserved import gallery label underneath, which reads "An Original Creation By - KB - Made In Italy". Created in the manner of designer Alfredo Barbini and the Barovier e Toso company. Midcentury era. Measures 7 1/2" across x 6" tall.
